| 内容 | 1. 私の起業体験 講師：株式会社メトラン 代表取締役 トラン・ゴック・フック氏 ☆プロフィール・・・・・ 1968年に留学生としてベトナムから来日。医療機器メーカーに就職後、人工呼吸器の必要性を認識し、自由に開発を進めるために退職、1984年に株式会社メトランを設立。資本金を全て使い開発した人工呼吸器が米国の国立衛生研究所で最高評価を獲得する。その後「HFO（高頻度振動換気）人工呼吸器」を開発。日本だけでなく、米国や欧州、ベトナムにて精力的に活動している。 2. 外国人のための会社設立手続きと在留資格 講師：ミプロ対日投資アドバイザー 行政書士 高橋 秀次 ☆プロフィール・・・・・ 2003年12月に行政書士事務所を開業。法人（会社）設立手続き、許認可手続き、外国人在留許可申請を専門とする。 1. How I started business in Japan Mr. Tran Ngoc Phuc President, Metran Co. Ltd. ☆Profiles・・・・・ Came to Japan in 1968 as a student from Vietnam. After working for a medical equipment manufacturer, set up Metran Co. Ltd. in 1984 to develop the world's first "High Frequency Oscillatory Mechanical Ventilator" for premature infants. It was highly evaluated by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in the US, which made Metran’s name well known throughout the medical community.
